LOVO is a platform connecting customers with car rental agencies. LOVO facilitates the search, comparison and booking of vehicles, but is not a party to the rental agreement concluded between the customer and the agency.

2. User account

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities carried out from your account.

3. Bookings

Bookings made through LOVO are subject to vehicle availability and agency acceptance. Rental conditions (price, deposit, insurance, mileage) are set by each agency and displayed before booking.

4. User obligations

You agree to use the platform lawfully, not to provide false information, to respect the agencies' terms and not to attempt to bypass the platform's security systems.

5. Agency obligations

Partner agencies undertake to provide accurate information about their vehicles, to honor confirmed bookings and to comply with the regulations in force applicable to car rental.

6. Liability

LOVO acts as an intermediary. LOVO cannot be held liable in the event of a dispute relating to the performance of the rental agreement between the customer and the agency. LOVO makes every effort to verify partner agencies.

7. Intellectual property

All elements of the platform (LOVO trademark, logos, interfaces, texts) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

8. Changes to the terms

LOVO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes and the version in force is the one published on this page.
